Disabled or reduced-mobility passengers are invited to contact our information desk or their airline, which will take care of them on arrival at the airport.

Unaccompanied children

Many airlines offer an escort service for minors, enabling your child aged 4 to 12 to travel alone. It should be noted that the age range varies from one airline to another, and the service may also be subject to a fee with some airlines. We recommend that you contact airline to find the solution that's right for you.

Travelling with a pet

Travelling with your pet is possible, but conditions and requirements vary from company to company. We invite you to contact your company directly.

Passenger rights

Airlines are required to provide each passenger denied boarding, or who suffers a flight cancellation or long delay, with a notice setting out the rules for financial compensation.
